Place your Outlier Nordic T-Bar on the floor and measure your foot size.
While standing place your foot beside it, your toes should be touching the foam of the T-Bar and your heel should be touching the anchor point at the end of the strap.
Use the buckle on the strap to either make the strap shorter or longer for your foot size.
This is very important as the Outlier Nordic T-Bar should feel tight on your heel when performing the Nordic Hamstring Exercise, Razor Curl Exercise and Back Extension Exercise
